Evergreen Angel Tea scheduled for Sept. 29

Phil Shanley and Barb Hadley will introduce the 25th Evergreen Angel at their annual Angel Tea on Friday, Sept. 29, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Tea, which is open to the community, will be held at a new location this year: the Evergreen Angel office at 3082 Evergreen Parkway, Ste. A, Evergreen (the building behind the former Evergreen Fine Art gallery). The new Angel will be unveiled at 10:30, followed by a “Blessing of the Angels” performed by Mount Evans Home Health & Hospice chaplain Nancy Nelson. RSVP at 303-679-3610.

The sale of these stunning pendants has benefitted Mount Evans Hospice since 1993, when the first Angel, “Sarah,” was created by then-gallery owner Virginia Haley.
