Multiple developments underway in Evergreen

Our mountain community will be seeing big changes soon, with a number of development projects underway.

Two major projects in the El Rancho area will create the most traffic and growth. 50 multi-family housing units on the 4.47 acre lot at
1055 El Rancho Rd. are proposed as El Rancho Flats, with several steps at the county level to go before breaking ground.

100 multi-family units are proposed for the 7.1 acre site at 1162 Swede Gulch Rd. behind Home Depot. A zoning change from planned
development to multi-family housing land use has been requested for the site, with the corresponding process at county level to be navigated
before notice to local property owners and HOA's.

17 homes are proposed for a 10 acre site to be named Valley View Estates in the Hotel Way area. Rezoning has been accomplished with county
processes and approval meetings yet to be scheduled.

70 town homes are proposed with a zoning change request forthcoming for a 13.24 site behind Safeway and Palo Verde Rd.

Two other projects, the Evergreen Red Barn and senior housing along Kerr Gulch, are in early stages as well. And that's just Evergreen!
