At the legendary Mayo Clinic where you have to have alot of cash, connections or at least a big problem to be accepted as a patient. I have at least 2 outt 3 of those...That should ease your minds a little.. Its hard to get hired as a janitor here, there is a long vetting process involved for even the most worthless jobs here.. Where at Swedish Hospital, they hire guys right off rafts from Cuba..

I can see that things have really turned to shit since I left... its a virtual broken down online ghost town now..I suppose the ad revenue drops to nothing when I go away for awhile. Things fall into desrepair

Its beautiful here in Scottsdale...They have miles of nature trials on the Mayo Clinic campus and the elevator music is excellent..We've been going to Turf Paradise, golfing, swimming in the pool n hot tub, or looking at homes to buy everyday, and I personaly love this town... Eating every meal out, and because of all the Chicago transplants, the food is world class... Portillos when i get out of here today.. I know the guy who started the franchise




Ive only gone through half of one of my walking around stacks so we are good to go for another month before I have to hit the USAA atm machine again. My wife stole one stack to buy little Southwestrn hoods, little Southwestern goods and little Southwestern do dads from the woods for a new Southwesten house we're gonna buy - but thats to be expected..I always factor her pilferage into my equations

Glad you’re comfortable. Get well soon so we can pester you about all the Biden corruption that’s being exposed. I like Scottsdale. I worked there on one of my early jobs as a teen in a junkyard. Had a deal with them where I’d work for very little, really just enough to grab a meal, and they’d let me have AC parts. I’d set up installs for snowbirds in the evening and make bank. Fun times!

Anyway, after that we drove to Vegas for the $uper Bowl (I won every bet) and then we drove home on Monday- I think I put 5000 miles on "the beast" in 7 days because we had to take the southern route due to storms over the pass. We gotta go back next week for a CT Urogram Exam, a Preanesthesia and Preoperative Medical Evaluation and then a CYSTOSCOPY WITH TRANSURETHRAL RESECTION LESION BLADDER- I had a Telehealth appointment today

Yeah, I got cancer-

The head doctor at Swedish told me there's a tumor in there and it's cancer- (because 99% of bladder tumors are). I told everybody, but I guess they weren't listening (or they liked my 1% chance?) because they all freaked out last week when it became official.

Me very happily coming home to our luxury Scottsdale rental after last Fridays appointment

Me: They are gonna cut and burn it out in 13 days, honey!
Wife: Cut and burn what out?
Me: The cancer
Wife: THEY SAID YOU HAVE CANCER!?


My kids had the same reaction, but I'm ok, I dealt with it before Thanksgiving- And I'm not the kind of guy to bore everyone with my personal pain and anguish.

Do you see my best friend in that picture? It a water bottle, I don't go anywhere or do anything without my lil buddy. I drink 20 bottles a day- I never drank water before, it was beer, coffee, Orange Juice, Grape juice or Gatorade Zero Fruit punch for years. I hated water, and you might hate it too, but I strongly suggest you become close friends- I'm fully hydrated at all times now and haven't pissed yellow since December 23rd.. It feels really good and even my brain works better- You could rattle off 24 numbers and I could repeat them back perfectly-
