Red Rocks Community College Theatre Arts and Dance Department, with permission from Samuel French Inc., is proud to present “Cinderella Waltz” by Don Nigro, beginning April 10 at Red Rocks Community College.
A classic fairy tale is flipped on its head in this retelling of Cinderella. Not only is the comedy amplified, but the play explores the truth behind the “Happily Ever After” myth. The lead character, Rosey Snow, meets the same challenges as any other Cinderella, but reaches different conclusions. Not everyone is meant to marry a prince, and not every princess is happy.
