FAQs: We welcome your submissions to our online gallery

Submissions to the juried online gallery at EvergreenBound.com should be emailed to contactus@evergreenbound.com
for the enjoyment of our members and guests, as a representation of our talented communities, and to promote artists
dedicated to their field of interest. There is no charge to the artist at this time.

By your participation you agree to hold EvergreenBound.com harmless of any damages or claims, tangible or intangible,
as a result of publishing your works online, and artists and photographers are responsible for watermarking their images
prior to submission.

Submissions should include your contact info and email, location, website (if any), your photo and brief bio. Authors please include a book summary and book cover graphic. Images should be in JPEG format if possible, and do not send large files.
Please resize your images for online use to 320 x 240 or less ready for online application.

A free member account will be created for all those represented in the gallery for continuity and templating purposes.
All content should be family-friendly, i.e. no profanity, nudes, sexually graphic images, etc. Decisions by EvergreenBound
are final. Once your page has been created a link will be emailed to your to your page, and you may post shows, events and
new works thereafter, as well as enjoy the entirety of the site itself, however do not over-post and be cognizant of sizes as
any images that could slow down the site will impact other users and be temporarily suspended for your resizing.
